Pro Nails

"I have been patronizing this establishment for a couple years now. My most recent visit I was advised that since I did not want to pay for shellac nail polish, I could not pay for the separate service of parrafin wax that I always get. The shellac polish is an additional $15 and paraffin $10. When I asked when did this change take effect, no one could answer. Then they all started speaking in their native language which I think is rude and unprofessional. If you can speak English I would have appreciated if they did so, it was obvious they were speaking about me. They provide good service but the way I was treated today, I will not return."

"The pedicure was good, but the manicure was soo bad and the lady was so rude. They dint ask me what shape i like and when asked, she started yelling to another employee in their language."

"NEVER GO HERE!!! THEY ARE NOT CLEAN! my nails have been infected more than once, because they do not clean their nail materials. Service is terrible!! I had the worst experience last time I went! Do not give them any of your money! There are other nail salons that will treat you with respect and value your money and time! The workers have an attitude! They know me by name because I refer people to their company and I spend so much money there and They treated me like I WAS- an inconvenience! And I’m paying CASH PLUS TIPS!"
