"The woman on the phone Jill was extremely nice and helpful however when i arrived there to have my car inspected the mechanic i spoke to was very rude and acted as if he really didn't want to help me out at all. I'm a young black female and it's hard enough trying to get anybody to do anything unless it's regarding money and usually i wouldn't say anything but this one rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe he had a bad day i don't know but it wouldn't have hurt for him to point me in the right direction. He walked up told me to go see jill then walked off didn't even bother to tell me where she was located or how can i help you literally just stared at me like i didn't belong there.
