"The staff here are very kind and accommodating and my dentist is also very kind and caring. I've been going here for the past few years and they have been very helpful because my previous experiences with dental care were not positve. The staff here explain the costs of everything and helped explain my insurance coverage. (Gladys?) Who helped with my entire Invisalign process and Erica have been very kind and friendly and helpful and I appreciate them. ❤️"

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are scam artists and only want your money!!!! Listen to the other verified one stars that say the exact same thing. My experience: I went in for a simple cleaning and they sat me in a chair and immediately told me I needed a root canal (I’m young and have never had one before - have only had two cavities my entire life) and convinced me that it was absolutely dire. I said ok… if it’s necessary to my health but I cannot pay a ton of money. They kept me in the damn chair from my appointment time at 8am to 3pm. I was starving and they numbed my mouth to hell and back. I could not eat anything for a full 24 hours because I couldn’t feel my mouth and food would just fall out of my mouth. All that considered - I thought “that was a scam - NEVER AGAIN!” I do not even live in Michigan. I was home taking care of my sick mother and they just sent me another bill for $430.90 to my California address (which was always the one I had put on file - not my mothers address). My appointment was in June !!! Why would I not have been sent a bill sooner if I owed that much? I paid everything upfront - $1120.00! I even kept the printed receipt because I KNEW they were scammy and I wanted proof I paid everything upfront but am sure by end of September leaving Michigan I finally tossed it- feeling I was in the clear. Never, ever, EVER go here. I didn’t even bother posting a review last year because I was so traumatized and wanted to move on (as I had other responsibilities to worry about with my mother) and I am DISGUSTED that this place is trying to get another $430.90 out of me a full 6 months later. Disgusting."

"I ABSOLUTELY love everyone in the office so nice , friendly, and interact great with my kids and made them feel so comfortable. This was not our current dentist we had 2 dental emergencies and they got both of my girls in and out pain free . They explain everything and tell you upfront if there is a cost no surprises. They were so wonderful my whole family now is pride to call Art Dentistry home. Thank you guys so much I will be recommend you guys to whoever will listen... Oh and the office is so clean and decorated beautifully ☺️"

"These past reviews for Art Dentistry is what made me give them a chance. I’m not sure if the people who have reviews on here are being paid, receive a credit or are easily influenced, but this dental office is a JOKE. I gave this dentist center a chance due to my dentist office constantly being booked and the last time around I needed to book 8 months out so I went to Art Dentistry. This is a high end dental office that simply wants your money. I’ve been going to the dentist consistently my whole life (besides when COVID first broke out). The most I’ve ever had is a cavity here and there because I take excellent care of my teeth and it shows. I went to Art Dentistry for my first cleaning a couple months ago. They literally took pics and X-rays the first 45 minutes of my appointment. About 2 minutes after, the doctor came in and said I NEED 4 fill ins, 2 crowns and 2 possible root canals. He asked if I had questions and I said no because I knew that was a LIE. After my cleaning, the receptionist immediately comes in and shows me an estimate bill of over $9,000 and after my insurance pays, I still need to pay over $6,000 out of pocket for dental work. THAT IS INSANE for somebody who takes care of their teeth daily! I got my X-rays from this dental office and got a second opinion & he told me he didn’t see anything wrong but that my teeth were in excellent condition. However, he did compliment the doctor on doing great X-Rays, but definitely will not be returning."
