Feldman Chevrolet Of New Hudson

"We were charged over $1000 to fix our Chevy Malibu. When we picked up the Malibu after it had been "fixed", we still had the exact same stalling issue as when we brought the vehicle in. We drove it around the Feldman parking lot twice before it stalled out. Deborah was extremely rude when my wife and I went in to tell her about the unresolved problem and expressed how concerned and disappointed we were that we had just spent $1000 to fix a problem that still isn't fixed. Deborah actually accused me of holding back information on her and said "I get the feeling that you know something that you are not telling me". Another gentleman was sitting at his desk behind Deborah and overheard the conversation. We asked if anyone had test driven the car after it was fixed. She said that absolutely her technician drove it and found nothing wrong. How could that be when it only took us about 5 minutes to discover nothing had been fixed. Reluctantly we left the car with her so that she could look into it a little further. Today she called with "good news" (as she called it) that they would only charge us $850 (roughly) to replace a couple more parts in the engine to see if that would fix the problem. I don't have an extra $850 to throw around to see if that fixes the problem, so we have decided to go elsewhere. It's not right to keep someone's $1000 if the problem didn't get resolved. I'm not even certain at this point that anything was done to the vehicle considering it is in the same state as when I first brought it in. I will be posting a Google review as well as contacting the Secretary of State to file a complaint."

"Super nice and friendly sales people here. Went searching for some information and ended up driving a car I wasn't ready to make a decision about yet. But, I can be a challenging client to read, so I don't fault them too much. Just wish I could have utilized my time a little more effectively. I also would have liked to take a look at the car at the bottom of the price range, but i only got to see the upper range car. My guess is they are less excited about selling the lower end cars. Lol"
