"This office was amazing from the time we walked in until the time we left! After experiencing 2 other pediatric dental offices that I was not pleased with for various reasons, this office was a breath of fresh air. While my son was scared and anxious at the others, he was relaxed here and let them do a full cleaning. Highly recommend!"

"I’m not sure where to begin writing this review. I was at a complete loss on finding someone to help my son. He’s 12 years old and has extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. He has terrible teeth, and tooth decay… we traveled to 6 different dentists, all of whom said that they couldn’t help him. I felt absolutely defeated and devastated for him. My son is a wonderful kid and I just wanted him to have a smile he deserves. We made the journey to Dr Stowers office, and to be honest, I didn’t have high hopes. Not because of their reviews, but because we had been turned away so many times everywhere else. The office staff was beyond friendly. Super helpful and kind from the very moment we scheduled our appointment. Dr Stowers was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She had such patience with my son and talked to him on his level, making sure he was comfortable the whole time. She asked to talk to me alone and I knew it was coming, the moment we had every single time, “sorry we can’t help.” Except it wasn’t that at all. Dr Stowers said she wanted to make sure my son had his teeth fixed. She wanted to help him, but unfortunately she was not able to perform his surgery as soon as he would need it. She referred us to Dr Bennett, who also was an absolute pleasure. Dr Bennett broke down the entire process and made himself readily available for any questions I had. My son’s surgery was scheduled right away on December 22nd. We made the trip down to the Alice Gustafson Center for my son’s surgery. Again, my son has extreme anxiety, the staff worked with him and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. I have never seen such patience. My son’s surgery was at 8AM, we went into this knowing he’d have to have his two front adult teeth pulled and more. I received a phone call at 11AM from the nurse stating that my son was tolerating surgery and Dr Bennett wanted to attempt to save his two front teeth. After another 3 hours, surgery was complete. Dr Bennett pulled me aside and told me he not only saved all of the teeth we thought would be pulled, but also his two front teeth. I can not begin to thank him and his team for working so hard to save my sons teeth. This was the Christmas miracle we needed. When we got to see my son, and tell him about his teeth, Dr Bennett’s assistant cried and even Dr Bennett was emotional. This was not fake emotion, you could see they ALL were so happy for my son. Now that we are home, my son is smiling all the time and not hiding his mouth like before. We have decided to make the hour and a half drive from our house to Dr Stower’s office to stick with them as his primary dentist. I will forever be grateful and thankful for all that the office and Dr Bennett have done for my son. I cannot say enough good things about this office and look forward to continuing to trust them with my son. I will be contacting them after the holiday to move the rest of my kiddos to them as well. Thank you Dr Bennett and staff, you are all simply amazing to say the least."

"I can’t express how impressed I am with this dentist office. All the staff is beyond AMAZING! I have taken my 7 yr old daughter to multiple different dentists trying to find one that made her feel comfortable & trusted. I hit the jackpot when I found this one! This is the only dentist my daughter says she enjoys going to. They make her feel so loved & make it a fun experience everytime. I wish I would have found this place when she was 2 lol. "The care here is 5 star, but the office staff/organization lately is lacking. They referred my son for wisdom teeth, but I wanted to use a different surgeon. The surgeon's office requested images and a referral, but only the images were sent. I then called a week before for the referral, was assured it would be handled, but am now sitting at the appointment and there is no referral. Just got off the phone and they have no record of the referral and said the referral was to the orthodontist. Dear reader, the kid got his braces off almost a year ago. They did finally send it over but it should not be this hard. So, great care if you have the patience to deal with the rest."
