"Rush job …Thinned out polish.. I can still see the old polish under my new polish ( wasn’t properly filed off) Toenails uneven(was cut with the cuticle tool). Dead skin was sanded off the bottom of feet with nail drill. I’ve been a customer over ten years .Nails look a week old And lumpy and I got them done today. I won’t be back"

"One time my nails started peeling the next day, They fixed my nails and even did a color change at no cost, I get fast but quality service. Staff is always friendly from beginning to end."

"Amazing customer service, prices are more than reasonable & their environment is very clean. I haven’t gone to a salon in years and started doing my own nails due to the constant disappointment when going (either service, cleanliness or customer service) & these guys have once again allowed me to enjoy getting my nails done. Not to mention, I showed up an hour before they closed and wanted a full set & my daughter got a gel manicure. LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE THEM! The picture is of my nails after TWO weeks!"

"I have been coming here for about a year because the other place locally declined in SERVICE. Things went well for the first few months at this place. When you walk in you do not get a friendly vibe to start, they will do your nails rush you out, and then when you return a few days later because your shellac is peeling off they act like it’s your fault and that you are inconveniencing them by coming back in. I had my nails done a few weeks ago and it began to chip in two days, so I went back and they reluctantly fixed them. And then two days later it’s chipping again. They do not take pride in their work at all they are cogs in the machine. Customer service out the window. I work too hard for my money to give it to a business that does not care about my satisfaction. I highly recommend you avoid this place.Belle nails has very nice people but their product does not last either. So I tried Expert nails on Belleville Road and I could tell instantly when I walked in the door the vibe was completely different much more friendly and welcoming. I can’t speak on how my nails will hold up because I just had them done yesterday. Avoid this place. FYI they charge $20 for a mani. Other places $12!!!! Very overpriced."

"I went in to get a fill and decided I was going to just have my acrylics removed. The lady was visibly man when I didn’t want a fill. Started ripping the nails off and I let her know more then once she was jabbing under my entire nail with the metal clipper. She didn’t even remove them all or smooth them out. I clearly will be getting more on in the future but they lost any business of me coming here"
