"While I've had good experiences with Dr. Booker and the dental assistants, I had the worst experience with their rude receptionist and terrible scheduling practices. I showed up to my appointment that was supposed to be in August and was told it was canceled. I was told it was because I didn't confirm my appointment, even though they never called or sent a message to confirm. When I asked to reschedule my appointment, the receptionist refused to reschedule since it was all the way out to April/May. She said that I will be on the call list for cancelations (which is obviously what they did to me) and would be able to get an appointment before then. I received TWO phone calls for last minute appointments, neither of which I could go to because of work, and after that they never called again. It is now January and I'm looking for a new dentist because of the awful business/scheduling practices. Because of them canceling my appointment without my permission, it will be over a year between my dental cleanings."
