"I love it here 2 week update: As a returning customer the service I received today was completely unsatisfactory. It was rushed and I got bamboozled into a fancy pedicure that costed $30 more than my last visit. Outside of that, I received rushed service during my manicure where my nail tech seemed visibly frustrated. Mind you she assured me she could perform any style. I gave her a simple style but she not achieve that look and became visibly upset and frustrated after the second try. I tried to work with her as calmly and politely as I could. After several more tries I gave in and was okay with the design. She then wiped the polish off my toes and began to clean up the pedi bowl as of my service was completed. I in return became visibly upset and agitated. Then was told to pay $40 for half done toes and they tore up my nails with the drill. Having the knowledge that I want an overlay they still insisted on using a drill on my natural nails. Complete no no . As a paying customer I expected better patience with the staff. This place seems hungry for the money. -1 star rating"

"I told the tech I wanted soak off & overlay. He kept telling me he would use the drill & cut my natural nails. The lady finally told him she would take me. I told her I wanted gel, & gel sealed polish with blue light, she kept trying to discourage me. I had to tell her the polish needed more coats, she acted irritated by my request as if she was paying for my services."

"I have gone here a few times since 2017. They don’t do good nails, however the 2 stars is because my individual lashes and brows were always good, never irritated my eyes or skin. Recently, I have seen that they don’t service anyone over 250 lbs in the pedi chair, and I must say this is blatant discrimination and should be addressed immediately. Although, they probably will not. I urge the owner to remove the poster in salon, or purchase more expensive chairs to suit all body types. I surely hope that they make it right, otherwise this business will fail in no time."

"HORRIBLE! Terrible customer service!! Not to mention The place is filthy as hell! Went in for a fill, the lady was rushing so she did not file the acrylic off of my cuticles all the way, asked her to fix but she went over it once which did absolutely nothing, then had to wait 20 minutes to get my nails painted because the lady that was originally doing my fill had to leave. They refused to wax my eyebrows saying I need to wait two weeks after I explained it’s been 2 weeks this is as thick as my eyebrows get but she continued to tell me “no, wait 2 weeks” as she sat there filing her own nails smh then 20 minutes later when I finally sat down to get my nails painted I asked the lady to file my nails more (fix the previous ladies rush work) but she refused to do so saying it looks fine to her, I told her I am paying my money and this is my hand it’s not about how it looks to YOU it’s how it looks to ME and it was clearly excessive acrylic still lying on top of my cuticles but still she refused and told me they don’t need my money so she’s not doing my nails. I had to go home and scrub the acrylic off my cuticles myself smfh Ridiculous attitudes and service! NEVER going there EVER again and the health department needs to shut them down they don’t clean AT ALL, it’s dusty and stinks!"
