Show you the clean oil on the dipstick and reset your oil life. I would have zero concerns sending my grandparents here to have their vehical serviced."

"Extremely overpriced compared to other oil change places. Every time I came back the price was going up. Not very knowledgeable of cars, extremely rude. Tried to take advantage of me being a female making very unwelcome “flirty” remarks. The guy is short and bald, and old enough to be my grandfather. I believe his name was Travis? Put my wiper blades on, they fell off the first time I turned them on. I would not recommend this place by any means. Has really went downhill, used to be a nice shop!!"

"Been going there for years and always brought my own oil and filter. Used to charge $20 labor.. then $25.... then $30 and today I was informed that it would now cost me $40 for them to change my oil and filter with me supplying the oil and the filter. They would charge me $36.99 to change my oil and filter while supplying the oil and filter. Obviously, they don't want my business. What's more, they didn't do all the normal things they used to do like check all tire pressures, check and fill windshield washer and coolant level and examine wipers. I found a coupon on their website after this oil change was done and returned the next day with my other car and their $10 off oil change coupon and was informed that they would not honor the coupon because there was only labor involved in the $40 rip-off. I found another service center nearby that still charges $20 so I will now take my business there where I feel appreciated. So, instead of getting $60 for 10 minutes of work each on two cars, they got $40 for one car and lost a customer. Given the shop was empty when I showed up and was empty after I left it doesn't seem they have so much business they can afford to chase us away.. but they did."
