Happy Nails

"I tried 3 times to walk in for a pedicure. No one available. Ok. No problem. So I made an appointment. I arrived on time. I was told to sit in a pedicure chair to wait. 30 minutes later, I left. They apologized and said one of their workers called in sick. No one asked if I could wait. No one told me my tech was not there. Very unprofessional. I won’t be back."

"This shop is okay. I’ve only went here like four times in the past 3 years because it’s super close to home. They always rush through my pedicures and barely scrub my feet, which is the entire point of a pedicure if you ask me. Their prices also fluctuates. Only a few nail techs do a good job, but they’re hardly available. Last Summer I got short ombré nails and was charged $95!!!! Hope this feedback helps!!"

"I got my nails done on a Monday. The next day they were already chipped, it’s not been a full week yet, and this picture is how they look now. The customer service was very poor. My nail tech was quiet impatient, and you could just tell when someone is talking bad about you in their native language. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere."

"They got four of us in all together (with an appointment), and we were all very happy with our pedicures! Very friendly staff. I have been there many times over the years, and have never been disappointed."
