"I went for an oil change. I had a coupon for $39.95. The most I expected to pay was the $39.95 plus taxes. I left there paying $150. As I was waiting in the lobby, the young man came to tell me my engine filter was dirty. This seem serious to me so I said yes. I was still puzzled though. After I got home and looked at the details I saw I was charged for an a/c filter and air filter. What does a/c filter have do with the engine filter? I talked to the mechanic who previously worked on my vehicle. I also showed my son what was done. I never felt so taken advantage of. I was asked if they showed me what they replaced. I was told by law they should unless it is a really big part. I am so angry I was taken advantage of. I only wanted an oil change. I have always gotten oil changes here. I must find a more trustworthy place."

"This place has been costing me money ever since I bought my car. I was unfortunately a young naive kid that they took advantage of, selling me a “fuel efficient” jeep (I know now that jeeps are in no way fuel efficient) that fell apart not long after having it. I bought the car a little over two years ago and just went to get my brakes replaced. Instead I had to replace my brake pads AND calipers because someone put locktite on the bolts. According to CarFax, this place was the last to change the brake pads. I understand I bought a used car but they sold me the car for $18000 that, truthfully after all the repairs I’ve had to make that they conveniently don’t cover, was worth less than $10k. All they cared about was money and it shows. I can’t wait to finish off the payments and get the hell out of dealing with them."
