"My daughter had an appointment today at 11:30 for a cleaning. They did her cleaning and then let her sit back in the dental chair (forgotten!) for over half an hour, not being seen by the dentist. Until she finally had to get up out of her chair and go to the front desk to ask what was going on. This is unacceptable! Just because she's 22 years old, does not mean that she should be blown off! And because of this I am late to my mother-in-law's funeral! Because it's all about the elderly and screw the young people nowadays! I do not recommend this dentist office cuz obviously they don't care! Thank you so much for ruining my day!!"

"If you would like to wait for 2 hours in a packed waiting room because they double book everyone, then you won’t mind this place. If your kids are ok with a dentist (Dr. Tina) with terrible bedside manner, who doesn’t notice when a filling falls out, and sends your child home saying they are “just fine”, then you will like this place. If you want to be sold headgear you do not need, go here. If you want to have your appointment cancelled because doctors called in, go here. This place was once good when Dr. Marisa was hired as she is excellent but then it went down hill very fast. Good deals are one thing but this place is a hack shop. Dr. Tina needs to go."

"My recent dental appointment at 12 as a new patient was disappointing. The waiting room was crowded with seven people, and I was never informed about online paperwork or the need to arrive early for it. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was called to the back, where I spent an additional 35 minutes without any indication of when my teeth cleaning would begin. This putting me over an hour past my appointment. Frustrated and unable to find anyone for clarification, I chose to leave. Observing six more people in the waiting room as I exited suggested an issue of overbooking. The lack of communication and consideration for patients' time led me to decide against returning or recommending this dental office. The overall experience was subpar, and improvements in organization and patient care are needed."

"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tina‘s office. When you walk in it is a real good atmosphere, and the receptionist, a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Fadia is the best, she made sure that all my questions were answered. Make sure that I was comfortable with the decision, very knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. And then there’s soy this young girl is very smart and very knowledgeable on all the latest equipment that they have they do crowns in the house so they don’t have to send out for it and charge you extra. Soy knew how to work all the high tech machines that they have, as well as scanning my teeth to make sure that they had the right measurements. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Can’t wait to go back."
