"My daughter and I went for manicures. Two different employees did our manicures. The younger of the two was on a video call with her boyfriend the entire time we're there. She didn't file my daughter's nails before painting them, leaving them without straight edges. The lady that did my manicure immediately cut all the length off my nails without asking if that was my desire. She never used any cuticle oil, didnt pay attention to make sure all of the dead skin was removed from around my nails, and left too much polish on my skin. The salon does not have the skill set/experience and professionalism that one would expect. I gave them a fair try, and we won't be back. There are way too many salons in the area."
