"The staff is in dire need of training on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and on HIPAA regulations. I was, initially, denied access to my medical records.. I was told that while it was not office protocol to deny access to a patient's records, Dr NG had instructed the staff not to give them, specifically, to me. After sending an email expressing my concern, the following week, I received an email with "only" an attachment of the records."
