"Extremely poor communication. Lost my cooktop, lost a replacement filler that needs to be replaced because of defect. They sent us a different cooktop and we had to loose an entire drawer to accommodate it. Still waiting on a resolution on the filler from them after 9 months. We heard great things but we did not experience any of them. I do NOT recommend them."
