"Hugely disappointing experience. Aspen is the only place our insurance covers. My son needed a filling done. First they told him he needed to come with his payer (how much did they anticipate this to cost with the insurance)? They began by proposing thousands of dollars of work, but he ended up with a cleaning, a filling, and treatment for gingivitis. Apparently part of the gingivitis treatment was telling him that he needed a special toothbrush, for which they charged $135. His visit, with insurance, was just over $400, and that was with the basic things that he needed done covered. When you walk in, be prepared to see the big shiny dollar signs they have glistening in their eyes."
"I absolutely love the dentist at this facility. I have been a patient for years as well as my children. I was disappointed when I recently visited with my children for their appointments. The lady working the front desk could not pull up my kids insurance information correctly. I told her that I would get the details and call the office in the morning. Next thing the office manager is out talking to her saying that I would need to make a payment arrangement for the visit. I spoke up and said that I would not be paying because my kids have insurance. She then raised her voice and said if they didn't have insurance that I would receive a bill which I said ok. Fast forward I emailed my information over to the the front desk representative and got a response a day later after I asked her if she had received what she needed. I emailed her back and asked her if she could please schedule my kids appointment and that any day after 3 would be fine, and if I needed to call instead that wasn't a problem. So 3 days later still no reply still no appointments. I'm just disappointed the other girl that use to work the front desk was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Obviously the girl working the front didn't know the correct way to access insurance. If I didn't have such a good experience in my past with the dentist I would probably go elsewhere."

However, what transpired was far from my expectations. 1. **Confusing and Overpriced Treatment Plans**: Upon arrival, I was presented with a convoluted and exorbitant treatment plan, costing around $7,000, which I struggled to comprehend. The plan vaguely covered half of a $16,000 scheme, with no clear solutions to my immediate dental issue. 2. **Unhygienic Conditions**: The cleanliness of the clinic was subpar. The tiny, cramped rooms felt neglected, contributing to an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. 3. **Inefficient and Uncomfortable Procedures**: The X-ray process was not only time-consuming but also physically distressing, resulting in cuts in my mouth due to repeated attempts. 4. **High-Pressure Sales Tactics**: The staff, including the doctor and the manager, seemed more focused on finding opportunities to maximize profit rather than addressing my urgent dental needs. I felt an intense pressure to consent to unnecessary procedures, disregarding my actual medical requirements and financial situation. 5. **Disregard for Patient Comfort and Needs**: My discomfort and pain were sidelined, and instead, I was subjected to a high-pressure sales pitch in the manager's office. This blatant insensitivity, especially after expressing my financial concerns and family responsibilities, was both unprofessional and disrespectful. 6. **Overall Disappointment**: My visit concluded without any resolution to my dental pain, leaving me in the same state as when I entered. Now, I am tasked with finding a new, trustworthy dental care provider in a new city. In conclusion, Aspen Dental in Monroe fell drastically short of the professional and compassionate care one would expect. I strongly advise against seeking treatment here, especially if you value clear communication, respectful service, and genuine medical attention."

They listened to everything I was concerned about & gave me complete control over how what I felt comfortable with & what I didn’t. Everyone was so kind & patient. Definitely recommend them!"
"Monday I went into the office to have them look at my wisdom teeth because they were causing alot of pain. We were able to schedule an appointment for that Friday to have it removed. Everything went extremely smoothly, 30 minutes in and out. Friendly staff, amazing oral surgeon!"
