The well-meaning technician flashed his flashlight around a bit, called the store, said he couldn't fix it because parts were not available, then charged me $100. I disputed the bill and racked up another $60 in finance charges. Now I need work on my range. Once again I tried to "discuss" the bill with Michelle. I begrudgingly agreed to pay the $100 but asked for removal of the late fees. She said no. REALLY?!?!? I guess when you have a monopoly in the area, you can afford to treat your customers shabbily. I love my Wolf, but don't buy from Trevarro."
