"Never go here and file a claim if you do get injured. I was injured by this dentist: She places her fillings incorrectly and they fail within months. I lost a tooth because of her failures. She also doesn’t know how to do root canal procedures but lies to her patients, and they either don’t work or she refuses to complete them and can easily damage nerves from poking too deeply with her instrument s. Her Pontiac office is very unkept, with a very rude unprofessional receptionist and nobody will follow the law by releasing dental records to their patients at any of her offices. Her work is a complete scam. She lied to me telling me she could do a root canal on a tooth but took no X-rays and poked in it causing bleeding for about 3 months at each visit all to collect $400. She then said it bled too much to complete and go see someone more qualified ( anyone is more qualified than her). I did and the qualified dentist and endodontist said there was never enough tooth left to have a root canal and crown plus she had traumatized the root more and chipped away more tooth structure. I had to have a dental implant and multiple fillings redone all because of her. She enjoys damaging people’s teeth. I had no issues and very healthy teeth before she touched them. She’s been reprimanded by the board several times as well."

"Honestly, go anywhere but here! This dentist took 4 office visits to do a root canal and crown! Of course each visit cost more money and then she wouldn’t stay in the room for long, flittering around visiting other patients when she was supposed to be in working on my son. The root canal she did failed and the crown she made did not fit right but she refused to believe it, telling him to just wait and you’ll get used to it. He also complained to her that there was a nasty smell and taste in his mouth (infection), but she did nothing about that either! After multiple conversations and her refusing to accept that she did anything wrong, my son asked for his money back. She totally agreed that she would refund his money if he went and saw a specialist. If the specialist said that it wasn’t right, she would give him his money back. Well he went to the specialist that SHE PICKED, and he said that there was an infection in the tooth that she did a root canal on and that the root canal was not done properly. He also said that the crown didn’t fit right. When my son approached her with the specialist’s report she got totally defensive and combative. She wouldn’t give him his money back so that he could go somewhere else to get his tooth fixed. I went with my son when he first requested his money back and Dr Marrogi came off as very sweet and cooperative, telling my son that if he wasn’t happy with her work that she wanted him to go where he felt comfortable and had confidence in the dentist. When my son came back to her with the specialist’s report, she was anything but sweet and cooperative! LIAR, CHEAT AND INCOMPETENT DENTIST! STAY AWAY!"
