"Came here for a cosmetic dental procedure. Was very pleased with my technician and my results. Office was clean and orderly. However, I was extremely put off when at the beginning of my service a random person with no discernible ID or name tag started LURKING in the service area, directly in my blind spot. They didn’t announce their presence or introduce themselves in any way, nor were they wearing a mask. Not one to be shy, I asked the individual who they were and why they had suddenly appeared in my treatment area. They informed me that they were a visiting supervisor and would be observing the appointment. I was never consulted about this and had not given my consent to be observed. This made me extremely uncomfortable and I expressed my feelings about it immediately. The supervisor said I “wouldn’t even notice them.” Too late, I’d already noticed them. I said I did not consent to that, and suggested that the supervisor might observe another procedure with another patient elsewhere (there are many booths in the back and several other technicians had patients in their chairs.) Twice I expressed discomfort and asked the visiting supervisor to leave the treatment space, and twice I was dismissed. This irritated me and frankly, such behavior - anywhere, but especially in a medical setting - is unacceptable. I don’t enjoy being direct, but I asked the supervisor to please leave, and reiterated the fact that I was uncomfortable being observed. This is not a teaching hospital. “No” is a complete sentence. I understand why a supervisor might be there for quality assurance, training, etc. However, communication is key. I was very disappointed by this disrespectful interaction, and it marred what would have otherwise been a five-star experience. In the future, I hope New You Dental Center improves when it comes to respecting patients' privacy and boundaries so that no one else is ever put in a similar situation. However, at this time, I cannot in good faith recommend them."

"All the staff here are very nice. I have never had a bad result with any work done. Even if there is a slight problem with my hardware, they always get it fixed without any hassles. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a friendly reasonably priced dentist."

"First of all I would like to start off by saying that like most people I have not been a fan of going to the dentist. I was first a patient with them approximately 4 years ago and was afraid of what they would think about the condition of my teeth they were so professional not once did I feel bad about how my teeth were neglected they made me feel like a human being and treated me the same. They are excellent at handling your insurance needs I never paid a dollar out of my own pocket. They came up with a game plan and were very informative I never felt left in the dark or worried at all and when they performed the work I did not feel an ounce of pain. Since those visits 4 years ago I had moved away and some things have come to pass where the condition of my teeth have worsened I scheduled an appointment and an hour after getting here I knew the game plan and felt very comfortable with the people handling my procedures they are so professional and very kind I would recommend these wonderful people to anyone that is hesitant to go to a dentist or just to anyone in general. Thank you to the staff of new you dental center you guys give me a reason to smile."
