"I wish I could leave 0 Star review, if I could I would. We were scheduled for my 7 year's old son's sedation appointment for a cavity treatment for 7:30 am. I took a day off and so my son as well a day off from school, we arrived ONLY 5 minutes late due to some road closures and the school traffic in the area, instead of accommodating us they canceled our appointment and asked us to pay $100 for rescheduling, we spent more than half an hour begging if the professional Dr. Farrah can come out and speak to us but she refused. I DON'T recommend this facility to anyone and I will not trust them with my children anymore, I am going somewhere else.."
"We had the worst experience here. They did a conscious sedation on my 5.5yr old, and they promised me she would not feel or remember a thing. They gave my daughter the medication at 9 a.m. but did not do the work until 9:40 (appointment was scheduled for 8:45 a.m., and we were on time). My daughter was fully drugged up the entire wait. She was very much coherent by the time they RIPPED a tooth out of her head. She remembers all of it, and she cried her eyes out when she took the took. When I apologized to my daughter, I said, "I'm sorry they lied to you, baby girl." And the dentist snapped back at me and told me I was hurting my daughter by saying this. She argued with me, had an attitude, and was ridiculously unprofessional in front of my still crying daughter. Had they done the work when they were SUPPOSED TO, I'm sure it would have worked out. Instead, they did not do their jobs properly, made a scene, and the dentist stormed out of the room when I calmly told her that her attitude was the only thing harming my daughter at that point. She did NOT apply the spacer she was meant to put in, and I hope they charge my insurance for it so I can sue the company. DO NOT risk your children at this facility. One of the hygienists was kind and seemed to be proficient at her job. I would not recommend the dentist. She treated my child like an inanimate object, and I am beyond furious with her care and attitude. No one else should have to suffer this woman."
"We brought our children here at the recommendation of our former family dentist. Our first hiccup was when one child had front teeth removed due to an accident. I repeatedly asked for a spacer as my child was 2.5 at the time. I was repeatedly told it was fine. On subsequent visits we always had cavities that were “let’s just wait and see” despite my request to go ahead and fill them. While wait and see can work, it always turned into crowns. The straw that broke the camel’s back was our last visit. We told there were active infections and extractions were needed, but we were not given an appointment until 6 weeks out with no recommendations on caring for the infection or antibiotics in the meantime. I abruptly took my children to my new family dentist to find out there were 0 infections and none of their teeth needed extraction. On top of that, a spacer should have been installed for my one child; they just had an incisor extracted from behind the front tooth due to how far in the teeth had shifted. We now have to see an oral surgeon to have one placed until the adult tooth is ready to drop to ensure spacing is correct. I’ve already been told by the new dentist I’m likely looking at braces as their teeth weren’t properly spaced after previously extraction, compounded with a smaller jaw line. I do not recommend this dentist."
"We love Dr. Kahn and her staff for keeping Stanley’s smile healthy. I wanted to share our experience from the start, I took Stanley in right around his 2nd birthday. He had a white spot on the top of his teeth that I couldn’t scrub off to my shock it was decay! I had breast fed him through the night never wiping his teeth. She was very supportive of us to continue extended nursing but at that point I didn’t want to subject his smile to more decay. She and her staff are always so kind and patient with my wild one. He says he likes Dr. Kahn because she’s sweet. I can’t agree more, you can just sense her passion and integrity because she keeps herself surrounded with an amazing staff! Thank you all, we appreciate you!"
"As a first time mom, was worried about a dentist visit with a 16 month old! They did awesome with him and kept it quick. I know parents on here keep saying they didn’t take their time ect! I was great it only lasted about 2 minutes! They were quick.. cleaned, flossed and did a fluoride treatment in that 2 minutes for his 6 teeth! DR Khan answered my questions as a first time mom and gave me some info! Can’t wait to grow with them"
