"I am on my third kid going to Dr Olds for treatment. This has been very smooth and very professional and she deserves kudos for us being extra needy :-) First, two of my kids have special needs and can be socially awkward. They can be loud and fearful of doctors' offices. The staff are always very patient with them. They feel welcomed. They always get service with a smile. I have Delta Dental insurance, and the staff takes care of all the paperwork and documentation so that I get maximum reimbursement from insurance (important to note that the office itself is self-pay - they can do payment plans if you need them, but insurance is a *reimbursement* for services). Finally, I have a kid who has some complicated medical issues. She is going to have jaw surgeries and extractions in the hospital under anesthesia (this will be done by oral/maxillofacial surgery, not by Dr Olds). Dr Olds' office has been great about our multiple rescheduling of this, since it has to fit in with so many other things in our lives. Five stars, I would give her six if I could !!"
