"Been coming here for many years. Recently had an emergency surgery. And they had to remove all of my abdominal muscles and nerves. Only a couple weeks out from the surgery and I am not supposed to lift anything over 15 lbs. The battery in our van died due to the severe cold weather last week. So I had no choice but to get a new one. As soon as I lifted it off the rack I knew I made a mistake. But I carried it through the store to the front register. After paying I asked if anyone was available to help install it and got a dirty look and an " I don't know man". I had already apologized at least 5 times and explained why I needed help. They advertise and display free battery installation. But I got completely unnecessary attitude. I thanked him several times and was even going to pay him. But barely received a grunt in return for the thank you and he just walked away. I feel bad enough about how I am now. Without having to deal with someone's attitude. There were at least 5 other employees and only 1 other customer. So no it was not busy at this time either. May find another store. Don't want to see him again."
