"My recent experience with Home Depot was beyond infuriating. We ordered a tub, only to receive it damaged upon delivery. When our contractor returned with the damaged tub, the employees, including Assistant Manager Jerry, were not just unhelpful but downright rude, even having the audacity to laugh at our contractor's concerns. Despite our attempts to address the issue, Home Depot showed zero interest in assisting or rectifying the situation. We contacted corporate, who promised to inform the store manager, but it seems our complaint fell on deaf ears. Home Depot's utter lack of accountability and customer service is beyond belief. We're left with a damaged tub and unresolved frustration. It's appalling that a company of this size can't even handle basic customer care. Consider this a warning to anyone considering doing business with Home Depot."
"Parking is plentiful, but access to the store can be tricky and confusing until you do it a few times. It's at the end of the east mall on top of a hill. Great selection of plants in the garden department, and the employees are super helpful and courteous. Appears to be a clean, well run facility."
"My favorite Home Depot is the one on Telegraph and Orchard Lake Plenty of parking. They have self checkout and register. Plenty of people on the floor to help. A few could work on customer servoverall. A great place to shop can find almost anything you need there."
"Rude very rude I call while in the store talking to a guy named MARTIN and he is right in front of me at Customer service and don’t know he’s on the phone with me and tell me his name is Joe and he had just got done with my transaction knowing his name’s on the receipt, I just wanted to speak with the manager and I was looking at him as He was on the phone, just sitting there, lying to me, asking other coworkers to lie for him about his name because he had a bad attitude about a store return and they seem like they didn’t even consider anything I was telling them sincerely, I’m here for my grandmother who is 75 years old. I have been there three times in the last week and showed other receipts. I just needed help with one item because I found the wrong thing I will never return again. I’m not used to shopping here they told me to sell it back on the street! If I could give you zero stars, it will be there"
