Dr. Bhakta offers very personalized care, taking her time to explain what needs to be done, what other options are available, and answering all of our questions. Her practical skills are excellent. We are also extremely pleased with how Dr. Bhakta handles emergencies - when our son broke a front tooth while playing soccer, she agreed to see him after-hours, so he won't have to go to school the next day with a broken tooth! The staff at her office is very friendly and helpful, always able to expedite appointments or to make a last minute change if we need to. Her office is also particularly helpful in processing the insurance claims and letting us know what the status of the payments is. Highly recommended!"
