"Was 5 stars but only because of the people and they have all left due to new ownership. I've been there a few times since, each time all new people. Seems like a toxic situation. Dr Rita was great and she's still practicing. She wouldn't say where she went but i diligently kept looking for her until finding her. You could do the same if you were inclined. I would have just deleted my 5 star review and not edited but I've had a few issues. I feel my last procedure was handled incorrectly, in haste. Was very costly and the costs were not very clear. I spoke with in billing that somewhat remedied the extra cost but the quality of work is questionable. I gave an extra star for that woman. 2 weeks later my X-rays still haven't been sent to my new dental office. So i guess... here's my new review. Hope you guys figure everything out. Was an outstanding practice once upon a time."

"Had an appointment scheduled for six months. The week prior I received a text to confirm the appointment but at a different time. Called the office with my concern and my appointment was moved to accommodate another patient without my knowledge. Office didn't do much to remedy my issue. Find a better dental office."

"I agree with the recent review that the service has gone bad after Dr. Rita left. I had 2 fillings procedure on Aug 30th and it was really bad. (I’ve had root canals and tooth extractions, but I’ve never had this much of pain post procedures ) after my filling procedure with a new female doctor, I ended up with swelling, severe pain at the numbing site, severe tooth, sensitivity and jaw/ear pain. I called back next day they asked me to take tylenol and hot compress for a week, that didn’t help it was past 10 days so I called in and went in to see a different doctor and he suggested that we go step-by-step to solve this , So first he gave me a flexeril to get rid of the inflammation at the Numbing site and Tylenol 3x for a week and asked me to come back and see him again in tooth sensitivity continues so and I keep calling the office , leave voice messages and they don’t answer my calls even for a week. I called on the Saturday the Dr was available, they didn’t answer then too !! They don’t call back for the voice messages that I leave. This is not the first time that has happened I understand they maybe short staffed but when a patient is in pain , it is difficult to reach them, they are not helpful. I miss the previous staff and it’s really disappointing when someone has to go through the pain and the doctor office is not really being helpful. I was very close changing my dr , finally today i got an appointment for oct , hopefully it will be addressed accurately"

"This dental office USED to be amazing. My two adult daughters and I went there and felt well taken care of and respected. One of my daughters has special needs and they were great with her. Everything changed in the last six months causing me to write this review. The hygienist left and the new hygienist was frustrated during the teeth cleaning for my daughter. Dr. Rita, the dentist at the time, and I came up with a plan for cleanings going forward. That was four months ago. My daughter’s teeth cleaning was scheduled for today. I had confirmed the plan last week. This morning, I received a call from the new office manager to let me know that there is a new dentist and she will not see my daughter at their office even though she has been a patient there for a year and a half. The new dentist never met my daughter and said I should find a dentist to sedate her for cleaning which is not necessary and carries all kinds of risks to her health and well-being. Again, after never meeting her. And when her appointment was this afternoon and has been on the schedule for four months. It is so unfortunate that a provider would be this disrespectful. We will all be finding another dental office."
