"Good evening , To be honest, I was not happy with my experience today. Shortly after arriving at your office, I was greeted with a Hi, how are you? Which was nice but then, I was asked to update insurance information, only to be handed a form that had nothing to do with updating my insurance information at all. It was a form that required my initials and signature of acknowledging fees that could, and can occur. Example, of what was on said form, not canceling an appointment within 48 hours. An outstanding balance on your account for over 30 days. blah, blah, blah. F.YI. There was not a fee issued by us, when there was a credit on our account for months and not informed of it. To tell you the truth, I checked out mentally today after I was handed that form to read, initial and sign. I just want to let you know that when you guys were at the old location in Brighton, We just loved everything about your office there. Everyone was just amazing! Right from the start(Kelly) always greeted you with a big smile, always asked how you were doing and how your day was going ? She always made you feel comfortable and I always felt at ease there. To me, it feels like you’re getting away from that. The small town , comfortably feel is fading and it feels like your heading more towards corporate/big business. To tell you the truth, that form today made me feel like you were all about the money and not person. Just my opinion. I wish you all well."

"You will not find a better place to go. Top notch from the second you walk in. Extremely clean front room and facility, not to mention the amazing personalities that work there. They are all extremely educated and make you feel as comfortable as can be. They understand the urgency of situations and will help as much as they can. Do yourself a favor and go here, you will be happy you did"

"About a year ago my Wife and I found Nurture Family Dental after our Dentist of many years passed away. What we found at Nurture was a very nice modern office environment and a practice using the latest technologies and equipment. Some of which we didn't know existed. All the staff is friendly and very professional. On my first visit for a cleaning I was advised by Dr. Kuras I had a couple of old crowns that were looking at the end of their service life. I said okay since I'm not having any trouble I'll wait till I do. I later I had an issue where a different crown came loose from an implant. Dr. Dunbar fixed that no problem. How they get a tool in there to tighten it I have no idea. Then of course both crowns I was earlier advised about fell apart over the next few months (not at the same time) which were replaced. In this case Dr. Gupta did both. She is very good at what she does, and she got me numb, no pain! That had been an issue in my past. So I have had positive experience with all the Dentists at Nurture. They are great, as are the rest of the team. You really are in good hands with this practice. I highly recommend Nurture Family Dental."

"I had a cracked tooth that was hurting for a few days. I contacted Nurture and asked if they could help sooner than later, they told me I could come in the next morning. The greeter Kim, was very nice and gave us a tour of the facility! Dr. Kuras and Cyndi were super nice and I felt very comfortable with them. They were able to help get my concern taken care of. I will recommend them to everyone!"
