"I had a broken tooth pulled and Dr Nathan listened to me voice my concerns. She answered all my questions and as we got started she explained all the steps as we went along. Within 2-3 minutes after getting started the tooth was out. The assistant was also kind and helpful. I am very happy with this office because all the staff is consistently kind and attentive."

"I was passed off to this office by their partner office in South Lyon. I was told this office would call me to schedule. It took 2 weeks to get a call back to schedule. I went for my first appt and the dentist was unable to numb me enough to do the work. I was left with a partially drilled ragged tooth and a promise that they would look into a specialist and call me. 3 weeks later, no word even with a message left asking. It is very frustrating to find no one really cares anymore. Much can be said when they are face to face with you, but once you are out the door, no one cares anymore."
