The billing is very clear and they communicate billing and scheduling very well. They are great with children and a huge bonus - it is never an issue for me to go back with my children"

"I usually have a good experience at Holly Family Dental. Most of the workers are friendly. There have been some things lately that have disappointed me. One dental hygienist there wouldn't give me water to rinse my mouth out and made me wait until she wanted to give me water and then only gave me a little squirt. Yesterday, I went in at 3:34 for my 4:00 cleaning, they weren't ready for me, that I expected. At 4:15 PM I went to ask the front desk staff if they forgot about me and she just said no they didn't forget about you with an attitude, like I was getting on here nerves. They didn't bring me back until 4:20 PM. They didn't apologize, give me any explanation, just started cleaning like they were not 20 minutes late. The reason that bothers me is because you cannot be late for your appointments, they will call you at your appointment time and charge you if you miss an appointment, but they can bring you back as late as they want. I also had somewhere that I needed to go and missed getting there. They have brought me back after my appointment time a few times. A couple times after getting a filling they leave stuff on my mouth and teeth and don't tell me and I walk out and go to the store with white stuff on my mouth."

"Cassidy and Tiffany work at the front and they are so friendly and helpful. Dr Way knows how to make you very comfortable. Dr. Stephanie got me in to fix my crown. I have found a new home. Thank you ladies."
