I received reminders and notifications as the delivery neared. Very pleased with the whole experience."

"The store itself has a great selection. But nobody is there to help you. This is the Auburn hills store. Also we bought a refrigerator from there a year ago they delivered it all the shelves inside were broke. And we have contacted them on many occasions and still no help. And we put extra coverage on the fridge."

"Terrible experience. Waited for help for 25 minutes, not one employee of the many standing around joking and laughing came to ask if I needed assistance. I finally stopped an employee (the manager) as he walked past me. I asked, "excuse me, I was hoping I could get some help?" He replied, "that depends on what you want help with?" I told him I wanted to buy the new iPhone out right for cash. He told me best buy only finances phones. So just to be clear, I walked into a retail store and offered cash in exchange for goods but was told, sorry we don't take cash for goods. We want your signature on a piece of paper saying that, in the future, your SUPPOSED to pay us for goods, in exchange for goods. Walked out, got in my car, ordered the iPhone directly from Apple's website from my phone while in the Best Buy parking lot. So, I guess technically, I still bought the phone AT Best Buy, just not FROM Best Buy. This is some next level economics. Matt Stone and Trey Parker have their work cut out for them when real life is this stupid."
