"I was driving from Georgia to Michigan. My car wasn’t starting the next day of my arrival and EPS warning light was on. I towed my car to the service center on Monday for the Tuesday morning service appointment. I was calling since Tuesday morning to check on my vehicles status but service advisor bluffed for the whole day about my car having multiple issues. Upon asking to tell me one of them then she said she is waiting on mechanic’s report. She said the same thing every time I called. After 3 PM she stopped responding. I went to the service center at the end of the day to check what’s really going on. The service advisor who was handling my case was gone for the day and other advisor shared that my car hasn’t been looked at all. That means I have to wait another day to get my car checked. When my car finally got looked at on Wednesday the whole issue was of faulty battery only. Service advisor was misguiding me for the whole day. It delayed my travel to Georgia and the whole experience was quite frustrating"
