"This was a terrible experience! Part one was good - my husband talked to a person who seemed helpful and guided him with advice about our dryer but offered to have a technician come out; at first he passed on the offer, but after trying the suggestions called back and set something up for today. Our time frame was between 2 -4 and The technician came close to 3:30 to the house and literally was inside our house less than five minutes! After walking back He says he's "hesitant to do anything" because he was leaving in two days, (he was retiring he was done doing this because he had done it so long) he also let us know that no one else in the company would be able to help us. I was baffled - WHY is he HERE then??? When I asked why they would send him if he was leaving he again took the opportunity to brag about his length of time doing this type of work and that they don't even work on Electrolux anymore ( AGAIN.. baffled as to WHY the suggestion was to have anyone ( especially him) come out He told us that we could try to order two parts and it might work and briefly pointed to where they might be located ( you know, because we know all about fixing a dryer) He walked out of the room and named off the parts again as he was walking out of the door and told me to have a nice Halloween. I immediately called the office to let them know what happened and they said they. Would pass it along. Update: after one week- we Never Heard back from them for any apology or explanation!"

"Who knew getting a gas dryer converted for propane would be so problematic? Well, it wasn't once I called the local appliance store and spoke to Kurt. He took care of everything and did so at a better price than any of the big box stores, thank you guys, I love my new dryer!"

"After ordering a Speed Queen washer and dryer from another local business -- and then not having those items delivered to me/waiting 16 days for delivery -- I decided to call D R in Howell. It took me ten minutes to order what I wanted over the phone (I already knew what I wanted and the product numbers). I ordered the items on a Tuesday and they delivered to me the following Monday. The two gentlemen who delivered our products were very friendly and easy to work with. They checked both appliances for perfect performance before leaving. They hauled away our old appliances. Excellent experience and service every step of the way! My husband and I always try to support local businesses and we highly recommend this company! Thank you!"

"My elderly parents were treated horribly by their repair man. He charged them over $300 to repair a washer that was just over a year and a half old. Told them it needed new items. Proceeded to tear apart the brand they purchased (Whirlpool) and told them they needed a Speed Queen. They don’t and his opinion wasn’t asked, nor what he was there for. Never ran the machine to show it worked. It didn’t. Did the same thing before he “fixed it.” My father went into the store and the man proceeded to swear at him, used the f-word more than once. All he wanted was him to fix the machine as he stated it was when he left with their money. Thankfully my father got his check back and was able to get the job done by another local company."
