"Made an appointment Friday to get our Windshield replaced Monday morning. Showed up at 9 for our appointment- the woman -ran- towards us and told us that she wouldn't be able to replace our windshield today because she had "two techs out injured." She said she would call us that afternoon to let us know if she could fix it Tuesday. She never called. So they wasted four days of our time and never called us back. Safelite was only $40 more, we got multiple texts before our appointment to confirm, and it took them less than an hour. Jus' saying..."

"They can around the time they said they would, and did an amazing job fixing it. It took a short amount of time. Becky and her husband were super nice and fixed it very fast. It was the cheapest place I could get it done at and they came out for free. Thank you guys"

"Where do I begin. I thought I found a place to fix my car window for a reasonable price but I was wrong. We planned on a day and time. Apparently they called to reschedule but I missed it and it wasn't saved in my phone so by time I awoke I was getting around to get there. When I arrived I called the number on their sign because the business looked closed down to my confusion as I arrived for my 11am appointment. So after 5 attempts I finally get a answer from same girl I talked to the previous day and she told me she tried to call to reschedule but they were out doing other jobs and to make things worse it was near or close to where I reside so when I tried to meet in the middle she was saying it was nothing they could do today but to try the next and then that turned into try someone else followed by a hang up. After calling other businesses and mentioning them when they heard the name all auto glass they either laughed or was surprised they were open so I guess I dodged a bullet and if you need a glass or window fixed I hope that after reading this I can help you dodge a bullet as well."
