"I called ahead to see if they could fit in me and my friend. I was told to come in and they would make it work. My friend went first and then the guy started working on taking off my gel polish. He did not like the polish used and said it was difficult to get off. We had been in before for pedicure and liked the friendliness and decided to go back for nails. This time he was rude and seemed mad. A lady without an appointment came in after us and was given a spot and then a lady came in with an appointment. Once the lady with the appointment came in the guy got even more rude with me. He kept telling me that it was necessary to have an appointment and when I told he I had called ahead he said his wife had been very nice to give us a spot. My friend didn’t have any issues with her person and the lady who came in without appointment also didn’t have any issues. After he continued to tell me about how busy they were and how his client was waiting with friends I told him I got his message loud and clear and that I would not be back."

"I’m happy to be ready for the holidays and Hot Nails did a good job. I got the shellac mani/pedi which is more durable than the regular one. I work in the kitchen so cooking, cleaning and dish washing I use my hands a lot. Massage chairs need to be updated. The buttons are all worn out. And I wasn’t feeling the massage well. I go more for the massages personally. Ben did my manicure and Payal did my pedicure. They both were professional and courteous. And I also appreciated the fiberglass barriers and masks to keep extra precautions due to COVID-19. Also noticed it wasn’t too busy so not too crowded and there was always at least 6 feet distance between people. I would come here again if I want good looking nails. But if I want a nice massage to accompany a nail service I’ll have to find another place."

"I have been going to Hot Nails since June of this year and I am beyond happy with my experiences. Ben and Lynn are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Very friendly and professional. I always get pink and white Lynn is the best! Prices are some of the lowest I’ve seen in Kalamazoo and Portage. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails and toes done."

"Was very rushed, nail polish was wrong. Was supposed to be silver with ring finger and thumb gold But that of course was "my fault" when brought to their attention I was charged once again to change my polish.."
