"Realizing I had a tire going flat. I stopped and got some air real quick at A gas station, well I seen Fenwick's right next door and gave him a call. They got me right in and fixed my tire in 15 minutes thanks guys that was awesome! Oh but wait! They also put my car up on the lift to check this rattle I asked them about. Turns out I need some new sway bars. So there working up A estimate. To get it fixed here soon. And they even have A cash over card discount!"

"I took my vehicle to this place for an alignment, a jeep with a death wobble that ive been trying everything to correct. He knew this. He looked over supposedly, did and alignment supposedly, says he drove my vehicle and couldnt get it to do the death wobble, called me and said it was all good. I picked it up, paid $90 cash (i am very low on funds and a single mom) and left. 10 minutes later it goes into the death wobble AGAIN. Called him and told him. Hes like "hmm weird". I get my jeep into a shop finally that has a much better reputation for an inspection and they find that drivers side (front) upper and lower ball joints are bad, front control arm bushings are bad, and the tires that were recently balanced were no longer, (sticker weights i guess fell off?). I call him to ask if he even looked it over and how and why he did alignment if the parts were bad he claims he looked it over first and saw nothing wrong. Didnt offer to make it right, wasnt apologetic at all, only said he could look at it again, maybe he made a mistake. I dont want him touching my vehicle i was told by many that theyre supposed to also give you a readout after an alignment. I would NOT recommend Fenwicks to ANYONE"
