"The service was good. But being able to find a good time to get your vehicle done is not. I think I've gone several times to try to get tires done on my car and either people called off or there was so many people ahead that it would be anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours to get my vehicle done."

"The hours of operation state open until 7pm on sunday. I have been there twice before 4 pm and was told they closed early. The manager that I talked to only wanted to quibble with the fact that I said they advertised being open until 7pm..manager...."thats not an advertisement" lol This was a phone call on my 3rd attempt to get an oil change on a Sunday."

"When we had a flat tire on our drive home to Chicago, the team at Walmart Automotive saved the day. They quickly assessed the damage and gave us the good news - the hole could be patched. The techs communicated well and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes."

"Horrible. Do not go to Walmart for tire care. Had an appointment on 8/16 , ordered tires to be sent to Walmart in Michigan City Indiana. Get there , no tires and no info of when or where they are or would be there. I needed tires to l3ave on a trio the next evening. Wound up canceling order and going elsewhere, Walmart has yet to refund my money or conformation of doing so. Stay away from this Joke of an American Company. They have alot to be ashamed of and I will no longer go there for anything"

"I've been here a few times and it was really bad this time was awesome walked right ordered up what I want they took the car back within 5 minutes oil was changed and within 30 to 40 minutes I was ust driving home"
