"Can’t even begin to leave a star as I’ll never go back to this jiffy lube again Receipt is just fake and I certainly hope they at least put enough oil in Said they checked transmission fluid and brake fluid Supposedly topped off washer solvent and checked air filter Didn’t do anything that receipt said they did and when I questioned them about they said it was a glitch in the system How about checking air pressure in tires or lights Was told they don’t do that $108 for an oil filter which I hope they changed and 4 qts of oil Nappanee St location absolutely terrible Couldn’t even put the correct license plate"

"After leaving there, my interior now smells like burning engine oil when I stop at intersections. Obviously some oil was spilled on the exhaust manifold and not cleaned."

"Update: contacted by juffy lube. No offer to swap out to the correct high mileage oil. Only offered to coach the employees that high mileage oil should be used on high mileage vehicles... seriously...duh... thats common sense. Lost 2 more stars for their customer service. They listened perfectly "Change oil and filter ONLY" BUT I was not informed till after the oil change that they didn't carry the high mileage version of my oil. Little disappointed, I usually do my own oil changes but I got 2 years free oil changes when I bought my truck. So I really can't complain."
