"These guys are great I have purchased many parts and aftermarket kits from them their customer service is second to non if I ever need anything weather it’s tuners or turbo kits these guys will be my first option had some simple questions others couldn’t answer I asked them the same simple questions and got back simple answers !!!! Dylan helped me out and I didn’t mind spend hundreds of dollars because i knew what I’m spending my money on ,other utv stores couldn’t answer my questions! "Had a full build done. Drop off was October 11th, was told the build should be done first or second week of November. Got my car back December 11th, so about a month and a half past the finish date. But in that time there were able to get their shop cars buttoned up and a full wrap, I believe they also got a shop CanAm and were able to play with that, pretty sweet. During this time never received one call updating me on progress, as the customer you shouldn't have to babysit to make sure your vehicle is being worked on and to get some progress info/pics. Got the car back and the serpentine belt that came with the car which was cracked was put back on. So, had to take it back and pay labor and parts to have a new belt put on. Had the car back in my possession for about 5 months and had 4 tune revisions.... On the bright side the gauge wiring by Joey was very clean and couldn't have been done better! Had an appointment on June 19th, never dropped the car off. Have not heard from them. Seems to be the trend with WSRD sadly...."
