Yes they are understaffed, tired and probably over worked, but they do a good job. This is most likely a family business and have been doing it for a long time and the work shows. Price was also unbeatable at $45!!!!"

"I called to scheduled an appointment for 6:30pm for 2 at 10 in the morning. When we get there 15 mins before our appointment they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I told them my name and that I had called and scheduled an appointment earlier that morning. We go to pick our colors and they didn’t even start on either one of us until an hour later. To top it off we didn’t leave until after 9!!!! 3 hours for half decent nails?? And all we wanted was a full set each and one pedicure. For me to call that early in the morning and schedule an appointment and be there 15 mins before our scheduled appointment and then to be the last people to leave was ridiculous. They kept starting on someone and then stopping to go and start to do something with someone else. People were still coming in even after we did and were left there for hours but they were still able to leave before we did. The one lady that was doing my pedicure burnt the bottom of my foot with wax. And the guy doing my nails ONLY added the nails. Nothing to cut, trim, remove cuticles, nodda. Towards the end, when they were closing up, but we were still there, the guy would stop what he was doing with my nails to go and help close up but yet he wasn’t even done with my nails yet! I’m new to the area so I have not yet found my go-to place for nails, and although they did a presentably decent job on my nails, this will never be the place!!!!"
