"We had a great experience here especially because our situation was a little crazy. Tim, Mike, and then finally Bruce all helped us navigate insurance while ensuring we got the product we were owed to fix our car after we hit a deer. The whole ordeal took about 3 weeks but was largely the fault of insurance. In the end, insurance even overpaid and Bruce sent us back the overpayment we were owed since we paid out of pocket. Honest and nice guys with timely communication and good workmanship. Would recommend to anyone who needs body shop repairs!"

"I took my 2018 Dodge charger to CRS customs to get my driver side doors fixed after somebody hit me. Very little damage could have been a quick and easy fix . But when I went to go get my car the paint had fish eyes in it had a bunch of overspray in places it shouldn't. inside my doors had overspray and brown paint the bottom half of my door for probably three inches had brown spots of primer you could clearly see pretty good if you got down there to look . Runs dripping down the door to where the corners hang past debris in the paint so I called and they say yeah we'll fix it I take it back and get the car back same thing looks like they did absolutely nothing to it so I try again looks like they did something this time but now my back bumper is messed up so we try again they fix the back bumper kind of looks better then whatever they did to make a nice spider web section in my paint so after five times of taking my car back to get fixed over a month and a half he tells me I'm being too picky because they're still damage from them on my running board on my garage kept car that I keep very clean in the damage was not there before it went there and wants to tell my wife off pretty much and I've tried to get their insurance information so I can make another insurance claim to get my car fixed properly from a good Auto body mechanic and they will not answer me so be aware just because they've been in the area a while doesn't mean they do good work!!! I got a kind of expensive car I don't even like to look at anymore dumb. thanks guys smh. if you DONT want your car to look like it did and or better go here ESPECIALLY IF IT'S BLACK hopefully they save somebody the headache I had to go through"

"****(4) for workmanship ****(4) for quality of product **(3) for timeliness *(1) for getting what I asked for *(1) for communication I used CRS for a wrap on my truck as the previous owner was dropping off the truck for other work, so why not kill two birds with one stone. Truck was originally supposed to be done Thursday 9/7 but because of “supply issues” was told the truck wouldn’t be done until Saturday 9/9. Truck wasn’t ready until 9/12. Had several communications regarding cab area of truck as I was concerned about the “look” of the cab if the A pillars were not wrapped and other items. When I picked the truck up, 9/16 (my choice at that time), stripes on the truck did not have the “sparkle” that was to be there - which was discussed. I was told it would be addressed in a production meeting on Monday 9/18. Asked for a response on Tuesday 9/19, have not heard a word since."
