"I needed a fill and a nail replaced. She started off by getting on her phone and making a call which was okay at first but then kept stopping from doing my nails to look at her phone which started to get irritating because I had somewhere i had to be at a certain time. Fine, she then started to file with the drill and i can't tell you how many times i jerked back because she was drilling my cuticles especially my middle finger. By the time I left my middle finger was hurting so bad and red. I got home to wash my hands and then got to see the acrylic on my skin and polish on my skin on the other nails as well which obviously i had to take off. Not happy with the visit this time."

"Tonight I want happy At all when I got my nails done. I asked for coffin shaped and I got square shaped and I got the wrong color I asked for some what short nails and she told me that I have to get long for coffin shaped and one of my nails are cockeyed and not even shaped I wanted. I used to love going to dream nails but now I’m not even sure if I would go there anymore. I’m called for that’s what I think."

"Lan soaked off my old acrylic and did fresh acrylic overlay on my nails. She kept them nice and thin and tapered them towards the cuticle so when they grow out there won't be a large lump which would catch in my hair. She did a perfect job of painting my nails with the gel that I had selected. She trimmed them all to identical length except for my thumbnails because I like to keep those longer. She is very meticulate. Lan free hand designs beautifully!!"
