"No one enjoys having a tooth extracted, especially the farthest back molar. The doctor and staff were clear in explaining the steps to the procedure and made sure I was in as little discomfort as possible. I had a follow up question a few days after the appointment and they called back with the information immediately."

"I was given two recommendations from my dentist for my son’s wisdom teeth surgery. I essentially chose this location because they could get us in for a consultation and then for the actual surgery within a reasonable timeframe. All of the staff was very friendly and explained things well, encouraging me to call with any additional questions or concerns. The surgery went smoothly and I felt he was well cared for."

"Will not return to this office I have really good insurance and they are in network with my insurance went in prior to my consultation to pick up the paperwork. That when they advised me of not only the consultation fee but additional fees that were not discussed at the initial phone call then they proceeded to tell me that I needed to call my insurance. They would not call to see what would be covered or send a pre-authorization. If you are in network of an insurance you should have a way to send a pre-authorization to see how much my bill is but they chose not to. They wanted me to pay my full bill and then they would contact my insurance to see what my cost would be. Then they would have to send in a reimbursement form if they ever did who would know. The first initial visit would cost me $400 which my insurance would pay 80% of that but they wanted me to pay the $400 up front because they did not want to call my insurance they were not very friendly not helpful I was very frustrated leaving the office I even tried calling them and talking to them again and they were very short. I do not recommend this office for anybody. I would have no problem paying my 20% of my bill. When I initially called I asked and they told me I had good insurance and that my cost would only be $95. One week prior to the visit they changed the amount to $400 that's not how you run a business. Looking at the reviews I was expecting better service. I was wrong."

"Went here recently for a wisdom tooth extraction. I’m extremely disappointed and felt almost degraded by the staff before this procedure. I’ve never had any surgery before, this was my first time under, and I was wanted to know what medications were being used. I was extremely nervous, I’ve never been through this before, and when I asked this question I was met with criticism and sarcasm. Asking me “are you a pharmaceutical student?” and when I responded I just wanted to know I was then told “well you smoke so whatever it is will be less bad then that.” It was so uneasy. I felt so small and extremely worried because I do not understand why there was any banter around what was going into my body. I just wanted to know to ease myself and prepare myself for my first procedure ever, that’s all. It just felt extremely unprofessional to be met with rude comments when asking what I would assume is an easy question to answer. I’m just glad it’s all over and done with and I never have to go through that again."

"My daughter had a second tooth extracted there today in preparation of braces at the end of the month. This office is absolutely amazing!!! Not only did they handle a nervous ten year old with tender care, they refunded part of the money we paid because they didn’t use the amount of sedation they thought they would!!! Honest and amazing!!! I’d go back here in a heartbeat!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such great care of my daughter!!! I can’t thank you enough!!! Dr. Domin is the best ever!!!"
