"Hope anyone who purchased a leather couch does not have this problem 2 years after purchase. We have no kids. We do not abuse our furniture after 2 yrs our 2500.00 couch looks like this. We had our original that came with the rv 2 years and it was like brand new. We changed because it was uncomfortable but the leather was in excellent shape. Good luck trying to get warranty work since warranty is 1 yr"

"I bought a shower backing. It did not fit, regardless of me putting in the year make and model of the RV. I asked for an exchange. They do not do exchanges. I asked to return item and refund. They said they can refund me part of the money. They told me I can keep the shower backing and donate it. But they will give me a partial return. I have never experienced this with any company before. They use Amazon, yet you cannot do a return and get a full refund. Unless, you pay to ship the item back. Which again, every company I have worked with have a free return label. Especially if they work with Amazon."

"We bought a folding sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, cup holder center piece, and fold-out sofa for bunkhouse in Oatmeal cloth color early spring. Just unpacked them last week to replace the "peeling pleather" furniture in our 5th wheel. All pieces were packed with very durable covers and totally wrapped in plastic. (GREAT PACKING) The pieces ordered from their website fit PERFECTLY and assembled very easily! Looks GREAT in our RV and are EXTREMELY pleased with the pieces and the RecPro company!!"
