"It's nice to have the ability to go inside to wipe down and clean the vehicle inside with the ruby. But we have 5 vehicles and we are not happy about the price increase and may start looking elsewhere. A family plan would be helpful."
"VIP member for a long time, the service persons went above and beyond this morning. I pulled in and asked for help changing the battery. I had the brand new one, but the old one was heavily corroded. I didn’t want to mess it up from the 5 minutes of YouTube I watched. Juan and associate at the Niles location set non-liability standards with professionalism, and immediately got to work. It was pretty bad in there, and they did the job right leaving it in even better condition and secured proper. EVERY LOCATION Mishawaka South Bend Niles EVERY PERSON I interact with is a five star experience. I’ve not used their detailing service, but the vacuum garage is A+."
"We come here all the time and the staff is very polite and professional. Never have any issues. Definitely worth it to pay for a membership if you go more than once a month. The mechanics that change oil for me are always nice as well and get the job done efficiently and promptly."
"The micro fiber towels are great for the exterior but I'd like a separate table for dry ones to wipe the interior also. I've used the wet ones for that purpose but I'm concerned constant use of damp towels could cause leather and plastic surfaces to dry and crack over time. Overall great car wash and I come heyr multiple times every week. Keep up the good work because it is appreciated."
