"Dr pilate or whatever his name is has no business dealing with people, especially kids..... GO Somewhere Else...........rude,and impatient....."

"The Smile Center Needs To Be SHUT DOWN due to the Lack of Do Diligence!!!!!! This place may be fine for those who are not taking children to be seen. Do Not take your children here....Dr Pilat is Very Unprofessional and Impatient with them. Dr Pilat was more concerned about the "possibility" of a scared, nervous child biting his finger than the actual scared, nervous child. I think he Needs To Find A "Job" that is 1. Don't involve Children, or 2. One that Doesn't involve Fingers In Mouths!! Also, those that Deal with Non-Custodial Parents...Keep an EYE on this place because if your Non-Custodial parent starts making appointments without your knowledge, Smile Center will Remove you, custodial parent, from your Child(ren)s account without saying a word to you until you go to make an appointment and you Can't. Then they "Might" mention that they Removed you."

"I have been a patient at the Smile Center for 21 years. It's very nice to come back year after year and see the same friendly staff. Doctor P i l a t and his staff are wonderful. As I have had much work done I always feel comfortable and then I'm the only one in the place. Thanks to all of you and your great work!"

"I will never take my children back to this place. Dr pilot is super unprofessional. My eight year old was there for a filling and he got so impatient with us that he screamed and told me how Unbrave my child was, slammed doors and was cussing in front of me and my child. Told me to get out. I left and will never take my child back. The poor ladies that have to work with him are amazing and they are the only reason I give it one star but he verbally abused me and my child, I will be contacting a lawyer."

"Ok, the staff are fine and very embarrassed for the doctor. He just kicked my wife and child out because my child was scared. She's 8. He was not patient any time we went there. This was the last straw. Any doctor that has to go slam a door and yell at people in his office should not be employed in a field that requires a bedside manor. I will find any way possible to have him retire. I'm calling lawyers."
