"I took my car there to get a little dent done thay Messed up my door that they shouldn't even have touched buff parts of my car left marks and burn marks in my paint messed up my Headlight y buff my headlights ? stuff that they didn't even have to tuch not worth it go somewhere else!!! Thay need to get better people that know what there doing never again now I gota pay someone else to fix it crazy!!! 4 times I took my car n thay just keep messing up something else thay well just tell u to bring it back thay we'll fix lol never again!!..."

"When the initial repairs were unsatisfactory, Leroy's did not hesitate to re-schedule an appointment and continue repairs until I was happy, which included a third trip for a final adjustment. For this, I am grateful. While the process did end up taking from October 2021 to March 2022, I am happy with the quality of final product and professionalism from the staff. However, I have to take off a star for the initial October appointment (booked through Progressive) somehow not being in their system, as well as the exhausting amount of time spent waiting for the appointment to fix the original repair, which had failed. I understand the reason for the long wait to schedule appointments, but can not overlook this when considering overall satisfaction."
