"Yes. This place. He said he had the part, said he was open till 5. I drove out there and arrived at 415. The sign said open and there was a hand written note saying call for service. Although the family came out of the mobile home in the front yard and said,"my dad will be right back." I called the number. The man answered and I told him I was there for the part we talked about on the phone. He chuckled and said, "we closed at 4 today. Come back tomorrow." I hope he's still waiting!!"

"Overpriced! Called needing an ac compressor for a Dodge Avenger. Was told $50 if I pulled it or $70 if they pull it. I found one elsewhere for $35 that I didn't have to pull."

We asked the guy working if he could pull some of the other parts we was needing since he asked us if we needed any help but his response was he is way too busy to do all that...That's hilarious since he stood there talking with us for at least 15 (maybe lounge 888minuets while we was pulling our parts off then at least another 15 minuets while we was checking out so I'm pretty sure that's not how customer service works"
