"I went in to get an alignment around 12/18/23 and they had made a mistake. However, the reason I’m giving Kaiser Automotive a 5-star review is the fact that they are a shop of integrity. After realizing this mistake 2 months down the line, I took it back into the shop and they corrected the mistake free of charge. It takes humility and honesty to recognize this mistake and choose to actively fix this small issue. I personally will be taking my car back to Kaiser Auto for my repairs, maintenance, and upkeep from here on out. With that being said, I recommend Kaiser Auto for any consultantion or repairs you may need."

"Short review = amazing people, services and prices! Long story We were driving home from DC to Nebraska when we started to hear a strange noise in the tire, my husband inspected it and we couldn't continue driving. We called Kaiser auto and Jessica answered me, the truth is that I was waiting for her to hang up the call, I didn't know where we were (we had another experience in Colorado) but she was very professional and patiently guided me and sent us a town truck where they could transport my entire family. (very fast service, Dallas @ Quicks towing) When we arrived Michael attended us and was very friendly, fast and professional. Blake was the technician who checked and fixed our truck, very very quickly. Katie was the one who helped us at the end and was also very friendly. Ultimately when I made the call it was 2:10 ET and we were back on the road at 4:55 CT. I thank God for this shop and for the wonderful people who works there. The state of Indiana now has a very special place in my heart thanks to Kaiser Auto LLC"

"Just when I thought I'd never find a mechanic or auto shop worthy of being called my mechanic since my dad 'my mechanic' died in 2005 now I can Kaiser auto went out of there way not only to fix another issue with my car that had nothing to do any work they previously done but also towed my car for me and made a way for it to be fixed and back to me the same day even though they were fully booked so I could have my car back for the holidays! God is good & so is Kaiser auto!"
