"I’ve been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes over the years but this is the one I keep coming back to. It’s not even near my house…it’s actually half way between my home and my weekend place. But I always make a point to stop there for my oil change. They’re pleasant, efficient and don’t try to sell me on a lot of stuff I don’t need"

"Every time I'm in there, everyone is very friendly. They tell me if a filter needs replacing, or if it's still good, and they show it to me. I have never had a bad experience at this location. That's why I go back."

"Former employee, so I know what's expected of the techs. They never offered to vacuum, never checked tires, didn't check anything but washer fluid and oil. Said I declined the other services, but again they were not offered. I had a headlight replaced but they didn't check any of the other lights. Said power steering was maintenance free, which it is not. Didn't check air filter and claimed it was OK. Marked tires at 35 which for this car it's actually 33, but they didn't check them. Vehicle has been in before but told me he couldn't find me at all when it's been just over a year since my last service (don't drive the car much)"

"I have been going to the Jiffy Lube on Franklin in Michigan City since 2013, and after each visit, no matter who was on shift or who the current manager was… they have always been consistent in the customer service, professional manner of their work ethic and in the friendliness of their approach to their job. Certainly aware for many this is an entry level job, and it is demanding and dirty … but you’d never know that based on how these associates conduct themselves! Congrats to Jiffy Lube of Indiana for providing the leadership to maintain this level of excellence to the customer !"

"Super honest and trustworthy. I went here for a second opinion after a mechanic told me that my front brakes and rotors were "very old" and worn out despite being replaced not so long ago. My 3-person Jiffy Lube crew did a no-cost inspection and found that my brakes had 3/4 of the pads remaining and did not need replacement. They sacrificed the sale out of integrity, and they were quick, too. Absolute excellence. They're conveniently open on Sunday mornings."
