"I love ordering from Benitos! The online ordering is a breeze and even during a rush I can get my food delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The delivery drivers are always great with my dog who loves to scream at them (she gets really excited about pizza, she's nice). Can't say enough about the team and the pizza!"

"My name isn’t Michelin but I’ll give you a Star for service. I had to wait six minutes for my pizza, I’ve never seen such an efficiently running store. Pizza was good too."

"Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks at 6:45 for delivery. Was given a delivery time of 7:45-7:55. At 8:30 I still had not received the food or heard anything. Called the business twice to which I received a recording that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours. So I planned to call back in the morning. To my surprise I get woken up at 9:45 to a gentleman trying to deliver my food. I told him I unfortunately did not want the food anymore as I had already made myself something to eat and was in bed. I offered to still give him a tip, very sweet kid I wish I would have gotten his name. He told me I could call the store to get a refund. When I did a woman answered and I told her the situation. She was less than pleasant and told me “well we made you order and delivered it and we weren’t closed we were busy with the flooding and power outages”. Which I can respect and understand. However that doesn’t change the fact that I was given a time frame and it showed up two hours later. So I asked for refund and she did do that for me. I’m just amazed at the lack of accountability and communication. To try and argue with the customer over something that clearly wasn’t right really is not a good customer service practice. Communicate with your customers and this wouldn’t have been an issue."

"This is a local place that we order from often and have no complaints. The reason for this review is because we had a special request for my daughter’s birthday party, and not only did they agree to it, they did it enthusiastically. They even wrote a nice birthday message inside the box lid. The delivery driver said she was so excited about making these pizzas. It helped make my daughter’s party extra special. Thanks!"

"They get 5 stars for service .. But my pizza was dry .. I Had gotten 2 deep dish they parbake their deep dish which makes it dry... This was my first time ever having Benitos pizza I would definitely order again but I wouldnt get their deep dish ever again ."
