"It was suggested that I take my car here to find out what was wrong with it. I know that other previous customers have never been charged for diagnosis, yet not only did they charge me $44 to look at it, but their estimate of costs to fix it was the most expensive of all the places I called. If the cost to look at it is a new thing, then shouldn’t I have been informed of the charge when I called to bring it in?! I would think so. Not once was I told until after it was looked at. Won’t be using them in the future and hope others realize the same."
